Rugby 1st have announced they will be awarding an inaugural “Rugby 1st Spirit of Rugby Medal” at the Rugby 1st 2019 Girls NSWJRU State Championships on the weekend at Boronia Park, Hunters Hill.

All our female representative players are eligible (across all age groups U13, U15 & U17) and the award will go to the girl that most exhibits the skills, passion and spirit that has made women’s rugby such a growth sport in Australia.

The Prize

Besides the title of winning the “Rugby 1st Spirit of Rugby Medal”, the winner will also receive a trip for 2 to Brisbane, including airfares, accommodation and A Grade tickets to the Wallabies Test v Argentina on Saturday 27 July.  This fantastic prize is sponsored by Rhino Rugby in partnership with Rugby 1st.
